Returns due to damage during transport – If the customer detects any anomaly or damage caused by the transport of the equipment they ordered, they must immediately report this incident to PUREWATER, LDA.
We suggest that upon receipt, and in the presence of the carrier, you check for any visible damage that may have been caused during transport. If the packaging is damaged in any way, you must not accept the delivery and inform the carrier of the return.
PUREWATER, LDA informs that after signing the transport guide, it will not be responsible for any physical damage caused during transport.
6- Returns and Contract Terminations
The customer has a period of 30 days, counting from the day on which he acquires physical possession of the equipment.
